Supervise/oversee a crew that will provide grounds maintenance and landscaping services to our external customers. In addition to ensuring the quality of the service supplied, the Crew Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight of Weaver EarthCare crew members, individuals with disabilities aligned with Weaver Industries' Mission.

Essential Job Functions
- Fill out and maintain client-related paperwork, including federal- and state-mandated forms and progress notes.
- Police grounds remove all trash and debris
- Trim around flower beds and obstacles
- Mow using a: push mower, walk-behind mower, or riding tractor
- Weed flower beds
- Sweep walk and driveways
- Plant and mulch beds
- Rake debris
