We are hiring reliable, safety-minded General Laborers to support commercial construction sites across Northeast Ohio. This position is ideal for individuals who want steady work, on-the-job training, and a pathway into long-term construction careers.
Responsibilities
- Site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling
- Assisting trades and supervisors with daily tasks
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, and supplies
- Operating basic hand tools safely
- Supporting logistics, deliveries, and site organization
- Following instructions from the Site Supervisor and Lead Laborer
- Maintaining a drug-free, professional work environment
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow safety rules and instructions
- Steel-toe boots required (PPE provided as needed)
Preferred (Not Required)
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30
- Previous construction or general labor experience
- Experience as a spotter, flagger, or logistics helper
