En tant que Développeur d’Affaires – Robotique Chirurgicale, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’introduction et l’expansion du système Hugo™, la plateforme de chirurgie assistée par robot de Medtronic conçue pour permettre des interventions mini-invasives de haute précision grâce à une visualisation 3D avancée et une architecture modulaire adaptable aux blocs opératoires modernes. Ce poste stratégique vous offre l’opportunité d’avoir un impact direct sur les soins aux patients tout en évoluant dans un environnement stimulant et hautement compétitif.

Ce rôle est principalement terrain, avec des déplacements fréquents auprès d’un portefeuille ciblé d’hôpitaux. Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes cliniques et les décideurs hospitaliers afin de développer l’adoption de la chirurgie assistée par robot. Des journées en télétravail ou depuis l’un de nos bureaux en région EMEA sont possibles selon les besoins. Vous interagirez avec des interlocuteurs variés (chirurgiens, directions financières, directions générales) et gérerez des cycles de vente complexes nécessitant endurance, rigueur stratégique et excellence relationnelle.

Missions Principales

  • Les responsabilités peuvent inclure les missions suivantes (sans s’y limiter) :

  • Développer la vente du système robotique chirurgical Hugo™ auprès d’un portefeuille défini d’hôpitaux existants

  • Constituer et mobiliser une coalition décisionnelle au sein de chaque établissement (chirurgiens, direction, responsables financiers)

  • Identifier et développer les opportunités d’expansion de la chirurgie mini-invasive assistée par robot

  • Élaborer conjointement des analyses de rentabilité incluant le TCO (Total Cost of Ownership – coût total de possession) et le coût par procédure

  • Démontrer la valeur clinique, opérationnelle et économique de la solution (résultats patients, récupération améliorée, efficacité du bloc opératoire, imagerie 3D haute résolution, solution numérique intégrée)

  • Gérer des cycles de vente longs et complexes avec rigueur, engagement et sens du résultat

Connaissances et expérience requises

  • Minimum 4 ans d’expérience réussie dans la vente d’équipements médicaux complexes et la négociation hospitalière

  • Expérience démontrée dans la gestion de cycles de vente stratégiques à forte valeur

  • Diplôme d’études supérieures

  • Maîtrise courante du français et de l’anglais

  • Solide compréhension de l’environnement du bloc opératoire et de la chirurgie mini-invasive

  • Respect strict de l’éthique professionnelle et des politiques d’entreprise
