Location: Aimargues, France - near Montpellier (Occitanie region), with easy access to the Mediterranean coast and major transport hubs.

The RC Rapid Growth Markets Regional Industrial Engineer is responsible for development and implementation of Royal Canin VCO (Value Chain Operations) strategy for our Rapid Growth Markets region with a primary focus on manufacturing, to enable the business to deliver the growth ambitions.
The job holder will actively identify and evaluate opportunities, recommend and deploy solutions that will improve overall performance, productivity, resilience and sustainability.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent would be required
5 years of related work experience is required
3-5 years line management experience
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develops and drives the implementation of the regional VCO (supply) strategy, responsible for the lean manufacturing deployment, performance tracking and capital project development, ensuring resilience, and that cost and carbon to source is optimized
Develop and align stakeholders on the long-term regional supply strategy in-line with business needs
Develop, evaluate, recommend optimal supply solutions for market activities in close cooperation with other functions
