Training personnel design, develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge, and ensure required qualifications, of employees within the organization. They assess training needs, develop curriculum, and facilitate workshops or training sessions tailored to specific learning objectives. Additionally, they evaluate training outcomes and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in employee performance and organizational effectiveness. :::

Training personnel develop and present training curriculum and materials for the general workforce and targeted functional/technical areas. They analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content. They plan and coordinate skills assessments and training, and they develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness. Training personnel provide training in various formats, such as classroom settings, via video modules, and via other computer-based formats. :::

Manage the training processes, instructional staff, and training coordination activities for assigned training programs Implement and foster the SRNS Standards of Excellence and TEAM approach (trust, empowerment, accurate/open communications, and mutual respect) Ensure instructional staff meets the qualification requirements of DOE O 426.2A and Manual 4B Ensure training programs are in compliance with DOE Orders, Manual 4B, and other regulatory requirements Approve training materials for implementation in accordance with Manual 4B Manage Academic Review Boards Prepare and deliver programmatic briefings to customers, auditors, and organizational management, delineating processes, products, milestones and future initiatives Participate on Oral Boards, as applicable Ensure accurate training records are maintained in the Site approved electronic training records database and records repository Designate personnel access to training records Implement continuous improvement via the identification and correction of deficiencies and/or opportunities for improvement in training processes and products Ensure an interactive, team-oriented, customer-focused relationship is fostered/maintained within the staff and between Training and other organizations Meet commitments, milestones, and performance-based incentives Approve offsite training Perform administrative and supervisory functions for a staff of exempt, SOP and/or non-exempt personnel to include: develop employee training plans establish priorities delegate work evaluate job performance conduct staff meetings career development and mentoring manage staffing requirements maintain administrative records :::

Eight or more years of experience (YOE) as an individual contributor in one or more of the roles managed, OR Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus five or more years of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed, OR Master's Degree in a relevant field plus three or more year of experience (YOE) in one or more of the roles managed Equivalencies to experience and education requirements will be considered :::

Working knowledge and skills in SRNS Maintenance training and qualification programs is highly preferred Familiarity ith applicable Federal Laws, DOE Order 426.2A, Site Manual 4B, and company policies/administrative guides regarding training Understanding of Asset Suite, Computerized Maintenance Management System and Mobile Work Packages Familiarity with ASME B31.3 Piping Code and Nuclear/Industrial Standards along with Site, NFPA, and OSHA requirements for electrical/mechanical maintenance and safety Knowledgeable in Maintenance, Construction, and Engineering training processes Working knowledge/understanding in various technical fields of study such as Mechanical and Electrical components and processes, Mobile Equipment operations, Rigging, HVAC, Engineering, Construction, Field Operations, along with Procedural development/revision and compliance to Site Work Control Process and Conduct of Operations Qualification as an Instructor in accordance with the SRS 4B Manua Managers are expected to remain current in their fields of expertise and are strongly encouraged to continually enhance their technical knowledge and skills :::
