Operations and technical training personnel design and develop operations and technical training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules. They ensure that content is relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals. They analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and operations/technical management to provide input for course content. They plan and coordinating skills assessments and training, and they develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness. :::

The Technical Senior Training Specialist will design and develop operations and technical training materials. The duties and responsibilities include the following: - Job task analysis, objective development, evaluation material development, training materials, and online modules. - Ensure that content is relevant to approved task to training matrix, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals. - Analyze employee learning needs and partner with subject matter experts and operations/technical management to provide input for course content. - Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training. - Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness. :::
