Honeywell Trade Compliance Manager in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
Honeywell's Trade Compliance team ensures compliance with international trade regulations and manages the import and export activities of the company. Develop and implement trade compliance policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with import and export regulations
Manage and oversee import and export documentation
Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement
Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters
Stay updated with changes in trade regulations and communicate the impact to the organization
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 6 years of experience in trade compliance, including import and export regulations
3–5 years of proven people management experience, leading and developing compliance professionals
Strong working knowledge of U.S. and global import/export regulations, customs requirements, and trade controls
Hands-on experience managing and maintaining trade compliance programs and processes
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage a team of trade compliance professionals
Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders
Ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements and apply them to business operations
