Honeywell Advanced Systems Engineer in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Aid engineers/technicians by troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation including manuals, reports, and technical drawings.

  • Support project activities, help in resource coordination, and track project progress.

  • Serve as a liaison between engineering teams and other departments to facilitate smooth project execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans.

  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and implementing enhancements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Experience with program and project planning, as well as management systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
