We are seeking a professional, safety-focused Over-the-Road (OTR) Driver to join our growing team. This position involves hauling customer freight on regional and long-haul routes while representing our company with professionalism, care, and attention to safety. Drivers in this role operate late-model, well-maintained equipment and are supported by an experienced dispatch and safety team. Routes are primarily OTR with planned schedules, realistic expectations, and an emphasis on compliance and safe operations. Primary Responsibilities Include: Safely operate a commercial motor vehicle in accordance with all federal, state, and local regulations Transport freight to customer locations in a timely and professional manner Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain accurate logs and required documentation using electronic logging devices Follow company safety policies and customer-specific procedures Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and the operations team Ensure loads are properly secured and handled according to instructions Represent the company professionally at customer sites, terminals, and inspection facilities This position is well-suited for drivers who value consistency, clear communication, and a safety-first culture.
