ManpowerGroup QA Analyst (Data & AI) in Adelphi, Maryland

Our client, a leading organization in the data and analytics industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative QA Analyst (Data & AI) to join their dynamic team. As a QA Analyst (Data & AI), you will be an integral part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will enable you to thrive in this collaborative environment.

Job Title: QA Analyst (Data & AI)

Location: Adelphi, Maryland (Hybrid, come onsite 1-2 times a month)

Pay Range: $58/hr W2

What's the Job?

  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks for data validation across multiple data layers using PySpark and Databricks-native tools.

  • Automation testing in Databricks

  • Lead the development of QA user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring comprehensive test coverage for ingestion, transformation, and consumption processes.

  • Perform complex data reconciliation testing across numerous source systems to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency from source to data mart.

  • Develop and execute testing strategies for AI/ML models, validating data inputs, outputs, and model performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to troubleshoot pipeline issues, optimize performance, and ensure data quality standards are maintained.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of QA experience in Databricks and Profisee or similar data governance tools.

  • Deep understanding of data pipelines, lakehouses, and medallion architecture.

  • Proficiency in PySpark, SQL, and data quality testing methodologies.

  • Experience testing AI/BI models, ensuring data integrity from feature engineering through model scoring.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps, for automated testing and deployment.
