ManpowerGroup OCM Consultant in Adelphi, Maryland
Our client, a leading organization in digital transformation and data analytics, is seeking a OCM Consultant to join their team. As a OCM Consultant, you will be part of the Enterprise Data & Analytics Platform (EDAP) supporting digital initiatives and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: OCM Consultant
Location: Adelphi, Maryland (hybrid role - on site 2 to 3x a week)
What's the Job?
Lead and manage organizational change management activities for enterprise-wide digital technology initiatives.
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to maximize user adoption and benefits realization.
Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and change readiness.
Conduct impact analyses, risk assessments, and develop change strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee communication plans and facilitate training programs to support smooth transitions and long-term adoption.
What's Needed?
Bachelor’s degree in business, organization development, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in technology professional services, consulting, or related environments, including leading large-scale change initiatives.
Change management certification (Prosci) required.
Experience with data analytics, AI/ML tools, and enterprise data platforms.
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
