The Opportunity
As a Project Support / Project Coordinator/Project Engineer, you will provide essential support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers across planning, coordination, reporting and controls. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective and well‑governed project delivery.
This opportunity is well suited to someone looking to build a career in project management within infrastructure and capital works programs.
As a key member of this team, you will be required to:
Provide project management support and project coordination across multiple projects
Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, action logs and registers
Prepare reports, meeting minutes and project documentation
Track progress against milestones, risks, issues and deliverables
Work closely with experienced project managers and program leads to deliver exciting infrastructure projects
Support coordination of stakeholders, consultants and delivery partners
Assist with compliance to project governance, WHS and environmental requirements
Who are you?
To succeed in this opportunity the skills and experience required are:
Experience in a project support, coordination or administrative role (infrastructure or construction desirable)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
A proactive approach and desire to develop a career in project management
