Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Monitor the production process to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
- Load materials into production machines and move finished products for packing.
- Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors immediately.
- Support inventory management by tracking material usage and reporting shortages.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve skills.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic understanding of production machinery and safety standards.
- Physical capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting materials and standing for long periods.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in a production warehouse setting.
- Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses is required.
