ManpowerGroup Sales Enablement Specialist in Addison, Texas
Our client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be part of the Strategy Insights and Analytics (SIA) team supporting sales performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay: 29.00-31.00
Location: Dallas/Addison, TX (Hybrid 2x onsite a week)
What's the Job?
Support the daily operation of the global Scout lead referral program, ensuring smooth hotel enrollments and payout procedures.
Execute reconciliation of monthly commission billing processes, researching and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
Maintain the Scout email inbox, providing exceptional customer service to end-users across over 5,000 hotels and corporate teams.
Generate reports to monitor the health of the Scout program and support data accuracy across databases and tools.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to enhance program solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of experience with MS Excel, including Pivot tables and functions like Vlookup, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
