Job Title: Assembly Associate Job Description
We are seeking dedicated assembly associates for both the first and second shifts. The role involves modifying commercial HVAC units to customer specifications, with units primarily received from Trane for modification or servicing. Modifications may include the installation of raw valves, copper piping, controls, VFDs, fans, and wiring panels.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical assembly using hand and power tools from the first day.
Measure accurately using a tape measure.
Modify commercial HVAC units to meet specific customer requirements.
Install various components such as valves, piping, and wiring panels.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Experience in a construction-type environment is highly beneficial.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with blueprint reading.

Work Environment
This role is based in a typical job shop setting, which can be hot, dirty, and not optimally lit. Employees will work around galvanized steel and must be comfortable in an industrial environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
