What You\'ll Do - Produce cable and wire harness products by following diagrams, drawings, and work instructions - Use hand tools and light machinery to accurately assemble components - Connect wires and small components, including soldering when required - Ensure finished products meet quality and accuracy standards - Take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail What We\'re Looking For - High school diploma or GED - Previous assembly or hands on manufacturing experience is helpful but not required - Ability to follow instructions and work with precision - Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn Why Shine? Hourly Pay Range: Minimum \$15.45 Midpoint \$18.15 Maximum \$20.86. The stated pay scale reflects the range that ComSonics reasonably expects to pay for this position.
