Honeywell Program Controls Specialist II in Acton, Massachusetts
As a Program Controls Specialist II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for assisting customer order activities and ensuring the successful processing and delivery of products. This position involves managing daily orders, working with planning to determine shipping dates, communicating with customers, processing return material authorizations, prioritizing orders based on customer requests, and working with internal Salesman for sales funnel grooming.
You will work out of our Acton, MA location on a Hybrid / On-Site work schedule . In this role, you will impact the financial health, operational efficiency, risk management, stakeholder relationships, and overall success of multiple programs and projects.
Your ability to facilitate and contribute to the program control function will significantly influence the organization's ability to achieve its goals and deliver successful outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in providing order support for a wide variety of complex products
Facilitate the expeditious delivery of products to multiple customers worldwide
Communicate with customers regarding shipment times, updates to orders, shortages, and expediting of orders
Monitor new orders, submit to planning group for build dates, update build dates in Ecommerce system
Work with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction – Manufacturing,Shipping, Technical Support, and Planning
Identify and mitigate risks and issues regarding orders
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices

“The annual base salary range for this position is <$ 72,000 - $ 95,000 >. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in order entry/order management support or related roles
Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
Strong background working with Customer Service roles. Must be a people person.
Ability to work with various teams throughout the organization.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced just-in-time manufacturing environment
Able to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in basic software
MS 365, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, &Outlook

Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
Experience in a global organization
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
Knowledge/proficiency of SAP software
Knowledge/proficiency of Sales Force tools
Knowledge of Ecommerce platform order management
Knowledge of Return Material Authorization (RMA) process
