Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Edmonton (Acheson) branch. This role is responsible for overseeing Service, Parts, and Rental operations , ensuring efficiency, profitability, and best-in-class customer experience.
You will partner closely with the Regional Vice President and lead a team of department managers to drive operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Regional Vice President to establish and execute branch goals and performance targets
Lead and oversee Service, Parts, and Rental departments to ensure operational efficiency and profitability
Analyze financial statements, KPIs, and operational metrics to drive performance improvements
Review and approve repair orders, estimates, and service workflows
Develop and implement action plans to improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets for labor, inventory, equipment, and operational expenses
Lead regular team meetings to align priorities, review performance, and address challenges
Drive hiring, training, and development of team members in partnership with HR
Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standards
Oversee quality control processes to ensure high standards in service and production
Monitor rental fleet utilization and turnaround to maximize revenue
Manage parts inventory levels, accuracy, and turnover
Collaborate with sales teams to support revenue growth and customer relationships
Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and customer-ready
Participate in monthly business reviews and performance planning
Qualifications
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Business schooling an asset.
5+ years of leadership experience in service, operations, or branch management
Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty trucks, utility equipment, or related equipment
Proven experience managing service and/or parts operations
Valid driver’s license required
