The Impact You'll' Make

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Lead to join our team on a full-time basis, based at our Acacia Ridge, Queensland site. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate customer-orientated sales professional to drive sales growth and maximize profitability for their assigned region and portfolio.

Reporting to the Regional Commercial Operations Manager, you will focus on promoting and selling the Site Pro 1 Consumable products by developing, maintaining and expanding customer accounts. Other key activities will include:

  • Oversee all aspects of customer engagement, including technical support, quoting, order logistics

  • Drive new business development and increase sales within the assigned region

  • Develop and implement annual sales objectives

  • Manage top tier customer relationships through travel and face to face visits and interactions

  • Partner with internal teams and operations to deliver a seamless and satisfactory customer experience

  • Ensure customer records are accurate and consistently updated

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience as a product or sales representative, exposure to wireless telecommunication carriers (Optus, NBN, TPG) highly desirable but not essential.

  • Exposure to fast moving goods of a technical nature

  • High-level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

  • A passion for sales and delivery of high-value customer service experienceExposure and strong understanding of CRM systems
