Job description

The Regional Customer Support Director is basically a CSD in charge of activities as defined in “job description CRM20-rev3”.

In addition, he is responsible of a Region in accordance with the CRM organization and manage the CSDs and FSEs linked to the concerned Region.

He reports to the Head of CRM.

Due to the nature of the function, the CSD may be solicited by Customers or Safran Nacelles Support & Services team out of standard business hours.

  1. Ensure the satisfaction of the Customers of the region

  2. Lead the Regional Customer Team (CT)

  3. Manage efficiently the budget of the region (resources and travels)

  4. Increase the regional teams skills and maintain an organisation answering to our contractual obligations

  5. Manage the Improvement Rating Plan of the region

  6. Prepare the EIS readiness plan

  7. Lead overdues recovering of the region in relationship with the Finance Team

  8. Contribute to the deployment of the CSPM strategy

  9. Participate to the Commercial activity development and promote associated Services
