Job Description
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Digital Delivery Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will serve as a key facilitator in ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects and initiatives. You will coordinate between multiple stakeholders, manage project timelines, and maintain quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be efficient, professional, and committed to supporting our organization's digital transformation goals.
Coordinate and manage digital project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams through regular reports and meetings
Track project progress, document outcomes, and maintain comprehensive project records and documentation
Perform quality assurance checks on digital outputs to ensure they meet organizational standards and client requirements
Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams including developers, designers, marketers, and business analysts
Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Prepare performance metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports for project review and stakeholder presentations
Identify and troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain project momentum
Maintain organized project repositories and ensure all documentation is current and accessible
Support the onboarding and coordination of new team members on digital delivery projects
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience:
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
Ability to analyze project data and create meaningful reports and visualizations
Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional team coordination
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies and frameworks
Knowledge of digital marketing, web development, or software delivery processes
Experience with collaboration platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Confluence
Understanding of CRM systems and digital tools ecosystem
Basic data analysis and process improvement experience
Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic digital environments
Familiarity with quality assurance practices and testing methodologies
