In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the successful completion of various construction projects, contributing to the creation of structures that stand the test of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in various construction tasks, including site preparation, excavation, and demolition.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring their proper handling and storage.
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision, following all safety precautions and guidelines.
• Support skilled tradespeople by preparing materials and assisting in various construction activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions, as directed.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials on construction sites.
• Erect and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding and barricades.
• Perform physical labor tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors or contractors.
• Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all company and industry safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools is advantageous.
• Reliable transportation to various job sites.
• Commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.

Working Conditions:
