Amergis Dental Assistant in Aberdeen, Washington
The Dental Assistant provides support to the dentist during patient care and completes the preparation of the room and dental tools/equipment. The Dental Assistant complete intake paperwork, update patient records, sterilize and organize dental tools, and assist during any dental procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Current License/Certificate within state of practice
One year experience as Dental Assistant preferred
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Submission Details & Requirements
Submission Requirements: Proof of Physical Examination - Annually from start date
Current Proof of Negative TB Screen - Annually from start date
American Heart Association CPR for Health Care Provider Card
Washington License
Minimum Experience and Certification Required: 2+ years of experience and WA DA-R
