Description
Title: Program Protection/Project Manager (contingent 034) (2)
Location: APG, MD
TS/SCI is required.
A subject matter expert for Program Protection, Supply Chain Management, and Security Classification Guides based upon a comprehensive knowledge of the principles, policies such as DoDI 5000.02 and DoDI 5200.39, pertinent laws, regulatory requirements and procedures applicable to each CPE IEW&S program management office, HQ staff, and other external organizations.
Experience in Technical reviews and requirement verification.
Facilitate and lead program protection systems engineering teams in conducting Critical Functional Analysis and Critical Program Information (CPI) Assessments in order to identify Critical Components (CCs) and CPI.
Facilitate and lead program protection teams in Threat Product Integration, Vulnerability Analysis, Risk Assessment, Countermeasures Selection, and development of Program Protection Plans to meet DoD Program Protection Requirements.
Conduct technical reviews of security classification guides and make recommendations to CPE IEW&S for approval as Original Classification Authority.
Perform independent risk analyses and advise on programs damage assessments and recommend courses of actions to mitigate damage to programs’ capabilities
Create program protection training curriculum and conduct annual training for select staff and subordinate program managers’ program protection leads
Education/Experience :
Bachelor degree with a minimum of (8) years related work experience is required.
Experience in conducting Technical reviews and requirement verification.
TS/SCI required.
