FPGA Engineer
Description:
Serve as an FPGA Engineer designing and implementing digital circuits' this role you will work with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements, translate them into functional specifications. You will participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve overall design quality and evaluate the process flow.
Responsiilities:
• Troubleshoot and debug hardware issues and provide timely solutions
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures to verify functionality
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies
• Work with other engineers to integrate hardware and software components
• Determine architecture, system simulation and detailed design approach
• Develop and present requirements, concepts, designs, and results to management
• Lead the research and analysis of data
• Select components and equipment based on analysis of specifications and reliability
• Contribute to the technical approach on small proposals
• Lead technical tasks for small teams or projects
Skills & Qualifications:
BS Degree
Active Secret Clearance
5+ years of experience
VHDL
Firmware
FPGA Development
Xilinx, microcontroller
Matlab

This is a Permanent position based out of Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $145000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
