Your role at Clorox:
The Clorox Company is seeking a qualified candidate for our Logistics Team Lead position at our Aberdeen, MD facility. This facility uses automated packaging equipment and utilities to manufacture and distribute Clorox Liquid Bleach products. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) processes to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient material flow, and seamless integration with production and supply chain systems. The position focuses on system-driven warehouse operations, error resolution, and compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Starting hourly rate: $28.30 with opportunities to advance through a skill-based pay system.
Rotational Shifts: (1st, 2nd, 3rd) Candidate may need to be available on a rotational shift our hours include 1st shift: (7am – 3:30pm) 2nd shift: (3pm – 11:30pm), 3rd shift: (11pm – 7:30am). Flexibility with overtime on a as business needs arise.

The purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate distribution productivity, training, maintenance and improvements to all equipment and areas, to meet department objectives, and improve overall department performance. The Team Manager will provide general direction.
Must have successfully been certified in all requirements of Level 3 skill blocks and have a proven record of consistent job performance, per those requirements

Drive WCM initiatives within the department and support plant WCO initiatives
Understanding and demonstrated ability to apply Company and Plant work processes to include maintenance planning and scheduling standards

Demonstrated an understanding of planning, organizing and prioritization skills
Involvement in work order and maintenance scheduling
Track maintenance hours against equipment
Schedule teams daily work assignments
Coordinate PDC Team Members support coverage for Operations, DC Ops, maintenance, WCO, AM, and meetings to cover overtime schedule
Facilitate the completion of Outside Service Contractor work that includes but not limited to: Vendor relations and administration functions (Audit goods and services and make appropriate SAP system entries), ensure supporting documentation is delivered to Accounts Payable,
Ensure that Contractor orientations have been performed and are maintained in a timely and accurate manner
Team meeting facilitation experience
SAP problem escalation resolution experience
Track record of ensuring Team action items are completed on time
Demonstrated track record of Monthly/Daily record keeping is performed on time with all supporting documentation

Ensure all department equipment and systems are maintained efficiently and safely during the assigned shift
Ensure all department and Plant equipment and systems are maintained efficiently and safely during the assigned shift
Ensure Monthly Safety Audits are completed
Ensure that safety related work orders are addressed in a timely manner
Ensure OPLs are reviewed and turned in on time
Ensure JSAs are reviewed and turned in on time
Ensure RFIs are completed and turned in on time
Assist Team Manager in monitoring the progress of team members to ensure individual pace is in step with department pace
Assist team Manager to complete PDC Teams Quarterly PMPA reviews
Assist team Manager to complete PDC Teams Annual PMPA reviews
Assist team Manager develop Team training and maintenance annual budgets
Perform Level 3 Maintenance skills as defined by Skill Blocks as required
Assist team to drive shift, department and Plant improvement efforts
Develop spreadsheets and track individual’s performance against Plant Metrics
Track Work Order schedule compliance by individual Team members
Extract Maintenance history from SAP to support WCO BDE process
Perform and/or lead others in maintenance / MRO operations and improvement projects
Create Purchase Requisitions, Purchase orders and resolve any outstanding issues
Create or modify PM Plans, Run SAP PM cycle and schedule work as required
Ensure Corporate P-Card purchasing processes are followed
Identify opportunities to improve skills and abilities of team members including their development needs and provide any necessary training
Ensure maintenance of product quality and execution of Company quality assurance procedures and testing
Ensure that the team maintains proper housekeeping and safety standards
Review Safety Alerts with Team as received from the Safety Manager
Ensure that Team Members complete their monthly Eagles Safety Observations and RFI process is completed in a timely manner
Ensure Weekly Safety Meetings are conducted at the Shift Change Meeting and turned in on time
Recommend and implement actions to support team objectives
Keep Team Resource(s) fully apprised of issues / conditions, which may not support team objectives
Other team specific duties as assigned by the Team Manager
All trainings required of Team Leads (monthly, annually, routinely, etc)
Emergency Response Team annual training
Spill response annual training
Spill Response Team member
Tracking and measure individual member accountability for their adherence to the maintenance schedule
Review work notifications for completeness and accuracy, create work orders as appropriate and assign work to Planner as needed, by priority
Review/support individual time records, make Team Manager aware of any unresolved issued before the end of pay period
Perform and/or lead others in maintenance / floor operations and improvement projects.
Ensure maintenance of product quality and execution of Company quality assurance procedures and testing.
Operate forklift to move finished products from warehouse storage to trucks
Maintain Plant Security by:
Report any breech in Plant security
Make recommendations to Plant Security Resource for continued security improvements
Issuing and accounting for Contractor Security badges
Rotate stock
Assist with inventories
Rework damaged product
Provide housekeeping to the equipment and area
