Job description
• Build and maintain a realistic MPS that maximizes feasible capacity while protecting customer commitment and priorities.
• Run weekly/short-interval planning routines: review demand vs capacity, identify constraints, and drive fast decisions with stakeholders.
• Lead and facilitate weekly MPS meeting including urgent orders, recovery plans, and action ownership.
• Monitor execution daily: order launch, schedule changes, exceptions, and plan adherence—adjust quickly to avoid lost output.
• Drive follow-up from planning forums (MPS / kitting readiness / Production execution reviews) and ensure actions are closed on time.
• Convert MPS to an operational material requirements plan to ensure no shortages at point of use
• Own daily shortage management: identify gaps, prioritize critical parts, expedite, and coordinate cross-functionally until closure.
• Work closely with core functional to drive supplier follow-up, delivery recovery, and material readiness for production.
• Proactively manage risks: lead time changes, reschedules, constraints, and impacts communicate early and propose options.

Drive daily and weekly planning execution to ensure materials arrive on time, production runs at full feasible capacity, and customer deliveries are achieved. This role owns strong follow-up with cross functional (Procurement/Sourcing/Production/Warehouse/Engineering/CS/..), converts demand into an executable plan, and removes shortages and constraints quickly.
Candidate skills & requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Master Planning + Material Planning (manufacturing environment)
• Knowledge of MRP2, production processes, and execution control
• Strong awareness of manufacturing realities and operational challenges.
• Skills in problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Analytical and synthesis skills for handling and making sense of large volumes of information
• High ability of emergency and escalation
• Consistent and structured in turning strategy into action.
• Decisive, diligent, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of English.
