Job description
The Customer Service is the main day to day coordinator between the manufacturing site operations and the company sales organization or internal company customers. His/her responsibility is to ensure customer needs and requirements received via the company sales organization or internal company customers, such as Requests for Quotes, Purchase Orders, special requests, complaints and questions of any nature are being processed according to the company Quality System, and transferred to the key area of the organization able to provide a timely feedback.
Candidate skills & requirements
Completed education of not below Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Economical Science, unless experience justifies of appointment
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer or supplier external coordination, or in internal Supply Chain related field (Planning, Logistics, …), unless experience justifies of appointment
Excellent command of English, as main communication language with the company sales organization worldwide
Computer skills as a minimum to use Microsoft Office suite, Excel and PowerPoint advanced knowledge is recommended
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Ability to negotiate in the company best interests, with all interested parties
Quick learner to assimilate the company processes, including manufacturing processes, to provide the most appropriate feedback experience to the customer via the company sales organization
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Ability to effectively multi-task and be flexible
Ability to lead and support problem solving
Pro-active personality and self-driven mind set
Strong individual and at the same time excellent team player
Be flexible to attend meeting with international team and customer at any time
