Job description
Drive the Site Continuous Improvement strategy.
Lead and clarify complex Lean Sigma Projects
Coach Green Belts and their projects
facilitate workshops to document site flows (material & information) mapping, lead or support priorities identification, lead or support continuous improvement projects (Green Belts, Black Belts, One Safran, bottom-up, workshop, etc.) and support operational corrective projects.
Candidate skills & requirements
Bachelor's or master's degree in the fields of engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience at similar position.
Strong technical skills in the field of engineering including the mastering of standard and advanced Lean-Sigma techniques.
Strong leadership and change management (including negotiation) skills are required.
Strong interpersonal skills (team building, motivation, communication, influence, decision making, etc.).
Good English communication skills (verbal & written) are required.
Good organization and time management skills are required for the position.
Green or Black belt certification experience would be a plus
