Retail Parts Counter Sales Associate
$20/hr + parts sales bonus
About the Role:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing automotive parts, process orders, manage inventory, and deliver excellent customer service while promoting sales and specials.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders accurately, including pricing, payment, and delivery
Maintain and monitor inventory; report discrepancies
Promote parts specials and upsell related products
Assist customers in person and by phone in identifying correct parts
Support service team to ensure timely delivery of ordered parts
Handle returns and exchanges, maintaining proper records
Provide professional, timely customer service
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license meeting insurance standards
Knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle applications
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with inventory management proficiency
